After growing up in front of the cameras on the West Coast, Gigi and Bella Hadid have slowly been building up their property portfolio with a series of purchases in New York City.
As two of the most in-demand models of the time, the superstar sisters has long called New York home while growing their careers within the fashion industry.
Gigi, 28, began to grow her real estate collection with a luxury Soho apartment which she purchased for $1.92 million via a trust in the name of her mother Yolanda Hadid.
Since then, the mother-of-one has moved on to NoHo and bought two apartments in the same luxury development.

Elsewhere, her younger sister Bella, 26, chose to start off small with a spacious East Village apartment before she went on to rent a property with her then-boyfriend The Weeknd – real name Abel Tesfaye – before landing a swanky $6milllion penthouse years later.
However, the famous sisters still love nothing more than spending time outdoors and reconnecting with nature.
Something they often do when spending time at their mother Yolanda Hadid’s gorgeous Pennsylvania farmhouse – which the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star purchased for a cool $4 million in 2017.
The former model bought the fully-restored 32-acre oasis in New Hope after selling her homes in California.
When staying with their mother, the sisters – along with their younger brother Anwar Hadid, 24 – enjoy daily tasks such as gardening beautiful blooms, grooming and riding horses, harvesting fresh fruits and veggies, and looking after various farm animals.
Speaking about how the rural 5,000 square-foot estate had became a safe haven for the family, Yolanda told ELLE magazine: ‘It’s where we can all come and feel like ourselves again.
While Bella told DailyMail.com in 2017: ‘My family keep me calm and make me happy. We just bought a farm and I hope that’s the place we can relax and all be together.’
HERE, FEMAIL takes a look at the luxurious residences that famous models have called home since taking the fashion world by storm.
Starter apartment in Soho – $2 million
In 2014, Gigi Hadid purchased a two-bedroom apartment in New York’s upscale Manhattan for a cool $1.92 million.
According to the New York Daily News, she was able to make the buy via a trust in the name of her mother, Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Hadid.
Gigi entertained her best friends Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner on multiple occasions in the 935 square foot home situated at 250 Bowery in Soho.
The property boasted a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows giving excellent views over the neighborhood, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The well appointed kitchen featured high-end appliances and Carrara marble counters.
Meanwhile, the master bedroom boasted a walk-in closet, expensive bathroom fixtures and an extra-deep soaking tub.
Other luxury finishes included wide-plank white oak floors throughout and Italian pivot-hinge doors. There is also a roof garden to enjoy New York’s warm and balmy evenings.
The apartment is situated in an eight-story loft building with a 24-hour doorman.
Gigi eventually listed the pad with Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York star Fredrik Eklund and partner John Gomes, according to Zillow, in 2015.
Moving on up to NoHo apartment – $6 million
Gigi then moved into a $5.8million three-bedroom apartment in Manhattan’s NoHo neighborhood in 2018.
It came after she quietly purchased a two-bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse at the same 10 Bond St. in 2015.
Her newer duplex features a 770-square-foot landscaped private terrace with a fire pit, barbecue grill and outdoor refrigerator, while also boasting three and a half bathrooms.
Taking to Instagram in 2021, she revealed how her home was styled with a tasteful array of primary colors and earth tones.
She began the virtual tour with a glimpse of her living room and her segmented Missoni sofa, which featured cushions in different colors and designs, along with a colorful Jean Paul Gaultier throw pillow.
The minimalist coffee table was constructed of sturdy dark wood, and a spacious patio could be glimpsed in the background.
Her inviting kitchen was lit up by large orb light fixtures. Despite its seemingly compact size, she had a sizable oven range and plenty of cabinets with chicken wire panels.
The hallway leading to the powder room was lit up with a closely packed array of Edison lights and decorated with a giant yellow ballpoint pen and a red painting by artist Eamon Harrington.
Gig’s gray and black streaked marble bathroom was enlivened by walls covered with vintage New Yorker covers that matched the more vibrant parts of her home.
Her staircase was covered in gorgeous carpet, with a different pattern for each step, and the path culminated in a small brown bench and a blue painting from Weiner covered in abstract splotches.
Gigi’s bed was surrounded by a rescued wood headboard and matching nightstands featuring a lava lamp–like fixture by Sean Forest Roberts.
She also gave a view of her master bathroom, complete with marble countertops, dark wood drawers and an all-marble room for the bathtub and shower that was separated by glass doors.
Elsewhere in her home, she had rough sanded wooden shelves and a black cabinet with chicken wire displays filled with rustic knickknacks.
